Karyn is the Office Manager who oversees the day-to-day functions of the firm to ensure seamless workflows, exceptional client service, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in the legal field, Karyn plays a key role in coordinating internal processes and supporting the legal team. She has been a part of the Pelini firm since it began in January 1998, working as a paralegal for over 25 years before transitioning to the role of Office Manager. She has loved watching the firm grow and develop, and is proud to be part of such an amazing team. When she is not working, she enjoys vacationing at the beach, baking, and spending quality time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Violeta grew up in Lithuania and moved to the United States when she was 14. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 and joined our firm in February of 2018. Violeta loves animals and her favorite things are spending time with her husband Paul, their furry babies Bodhi and Rue and loved ones, being outdoors, cooking and DIY projects.

Brianne has over 23 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. She is well versed in insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, wrongful death, worker's compensation and trial preparation.
Brianne joined Pelini, Campbell & Ricard, LLC. in 2009, working as a litigation paralegal.
When not in the office, Brianne enjoys spending time with her fiancé, son, and beloved Shih Tzu, Chewy.

Kenny graduated from the University of Akron in 1995 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. That degree, along with the Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies he obtained in 2002, prepared him well for working in the legal field.
He currently lives in Canton with his wife Sara, two daughters, and dog Max, the true owner of the house.
Kenny is a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, New York Yankees and San Jose Sharks (it is a long story). When not yelling at one of these teams on the TV he enjoys Civil War history, traveling anywhere outside the State of Ohio and tending to his vegetable garden.

Lindsay has over 15 years experience in the legal field, and joined Pelini, Campbell & Ricard in 2026. While not at work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys cooking (especially baking), art, watching her daughter play softball, and spending time outdoors.
Terryann Thompson
Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Terryann joins Pelini with 5 years legal assistant and receptionist experience. She is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Ohio in 2019, when her husband retired from the Army. Terryann is a proud Army wife and mom of 2 beautiful girls and 1 handsome pup, rescued from Puerto Rico named Moose T. Fur. The most spoiled in the family for sure.
While not working Terryann and her husband enjoy RV’ing their way across America. They have traveled to 32 states and are looking to continue the journey in the coming years.
