We are a litigation-centered insurance defense practice, with a wide range of services, including bodily injury, property, general liability, product liability and auto/fleet cases with a special focus on complex tort litigation, coverage, contracts, construction defect, corporate and business law. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. You will be responsible for handling various cases in all stages of litigation which will require you to conduct legal research, provide legal advice, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in depositions and eventually trial. You will work closely with senior attorneys, analyze medical records, legal documents, draft pleadings, and assist in trial preparation.
