Craig grew up in East Liverpool, Ohio where he was a very average high school football player.  He went to college at Washington & Jefferson, where he was a below average college football player.

Craig and his wife, Pam, have been married for 35 years, are the proud parents of three very above average daughters and the owners of two very spoiled dogs, Vinny and Luca.  Those puppies can be found in the office on most Saturday mornings.

Craig is a very average college football fan and a very below average golfer.

Craig has tried almost 200 jury trials in a variety of counties throughout the State of Ohio.  Those experiences, combined with the opportunity to work in a family atmosphere in the law firm, are the things that he is most proud of during the 20+ years of practice at this law firm.

I have had the privilege of working with and for some tremendous people; it is a wonderful thing how clients can become good friends.  I am very proud of the work that we do, the way we do that work, and with whom we do that work.

Kristen spent her days at Duquesne University as a political science nerd. Never quite cracked the code of the one-way street system in Pittsburgh but still loves to return as a visitor to her adopted home city.
As a lifelong Buckeye fan was proud to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of law. Developed a penchant for euchre, a taste for locally crafted beer, and the knowledge that fat-free dairy products and bread will not yield an edible grilled cheese sandwich.
Happy home life with husband Randy, step-son, daughter, and dogs who believe they rule the world. Loves to travel (although “travel” currently consists mostly of chauffeuring services for daughter and dogs). A next-level multi-tasker.

Eric achieved his BA degree, cum laude, from Kent State University in 1995, and obtained his JD degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron in 2000. While in law school, Eric was a member of the Law Review and the recipient of several awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Excellence for his studies in civil procedure, contracts, and international law.

Eric was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2000, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations.

Eric is happily married to wife Jen. Jen is happiest when Eric is focused on other things and she can devote herself to her true love, her two dogs. Jen and Eric have three teenage daughters and have come to the inevitable conclusion that they know absolutely nothing. You read that correctly, Eric lives with four wonderful women, three of whom are teenagers. The last time Eric was “right” about anything was 2009.

While at Miami, Paul was a member of the Miami University Men’s Swimming and Diving Team where he broke three school records in distance freestyle events, won seven individual MAC titles, and finished 18th at the 2007 NCAA Championships. When not practicing law or coaching the leaders of tomorrow on a softball or baseball field, Craig can usually be found dutifully exercising his role as our resident college football expert by doing his best to educate the likes of Eric Williams and Paul Ricard on all matters related to college football. Craig shows real passion for many of the things that he does and believes that he must not give up on Eric or Paul calling them “great guys that are just slightly misguided”.

Craig M. Eoff came to Pelini, Campbell & Williams in 2015. Craig primarily focuses his practice on commercial/business litigation, and litigation involving title insurance and issues of title insurance agents, labor and employment law, real estate transactions including HOPE VI funded projects as well as the acquisition and disposition of public housing, and business transactions including the purchase and sale of businesses and/or the assets of businesses.

Nick's dad taught him that hard work and preparation are the foundations of success.  Using both, he has defended clients against complex multi-billion dollar commercial claims, claims of construction defects, deceptive trade practices allegations, premises liability actions and employment disputes.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys geek culture, hanging out with his amazing family (even if he's the only guy in the bunch), trips to Disneyworld, and weekends spent with friends around a bonfire.  He makes too many podcast references, likes vintage furniture, and occasionally roasts his own coffee.  Some have said he's one handlebar mustache away from being a hipster.

Michael P. MarandoMichael P. Marando
mmarando@pelini-law.com

330-702-9700

Michael focuses his practice on civil litigation (including in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, commercial disputes and litigation involving construction, real estate and probate matters) and on business and corporate law, representing individuals and companies.  He has found that handling both litigation and business/corporate law has given him a better perspective of representing clients in either area.

Michael has tried a number of civil jury trials and otherwise litigated numerous civil cases in various counties in Ohio and Pennsylvania and in federal court.   Early in his career, he tried criminal jury trials and also served as an assistant city prosecutor.

He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania, the U. S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, 6th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Michael and his wife, Mary Jo, have been married for 38 years and have one daughter.  In addition to spending time with his family, Michael enjoys watching sports, traveling, playing tennis and reading.

He achieved his undergraduate degree from Ohio University, cum laude, and his law degree from Ohio Northern University. While in college, he had a lot of fun playing intramural sports.  In law school, Michael was a member of the Law Review and a recipient of awards for excellence in constitutional law and criminal procedure.

Michael has been practicing law since 1977 and intends to continue to practice until he gets it right, which is probably a long way off. He likes working with and for his clients to figure out solutions for their legal issues.
